Youth, Music, and God

At Grace, we value all people because we are all created  in the image of God and equally loved by God through the grace given in Jesus Christ. In that category we include our hope for the future; our youth and the many talents and gifts they bring to the church. As an extension of that belief, and, with there being so many talented musicians among our youth, a youth praise band has emerged through the effort of Rev. Mark Tarrant. The group is a great opportunity for fun, fellowship, musical enrichment/education, and praising God with our musical gifts. As the group progresses, the vision and hope that emerges is that this group could help with worship music and various other church/community events. It's amazing how quickly our youth learn and grow when we nurture their talents and gifts early on, giving them the encouragement they need as they journey through their lives with Christ!

The practice time is in the right hand column. Feel free to come join the group. Have some fun, learn some new and familiar music, and learn to worship God with the musical gifts that you have!!
