A Ministry of Love and Outreach

We have heard Nancy's encouragement to extend our belief in Christ's love beyond the walls of the church and out into the community. Since the summer of 2004, through the efforts and vision of Don Barton, the worship team band members along with other members of the congregation have visited the Trinity Nursing Home on the second Sunday of each month. During this time band members and congregation members lead the Sunday morning service for the 25-40 residents who attend. We  focus on meaningful Scripture and messages for the older and infirmed residents, and we focus the music selections on some of the seasoned, more traditional songs. Many members of the congregation have participated in this wonderful ministry, including many youth and children!!
