Sunday, Aug 1, 2010

This Sunday our youth will be leading worship, from Luke 15:11-32, the story of the prodigal son, and Esther 4:1-4. Communion will be celebrated at both the 9 and 11 am worship services.  They will be sharing with us their experiences on their Mission Trip to Mescalero, New Mexico and to Triennium.

Grace Presbyterian Round Rock - Austin Texas
Welcome to Grace!
Our members come from across the Round Rock area, from Jollyville to Austin, and west to Marble Falls to worship at Grace Presbyterian.  You're invited to join us anytime.

Praise and Worship Music
We worship in a traditional Presbyterian style except we don't have an organ and our music is provided by the Grace band with pianos, guitars, drums, sax, flute, and violin.  We feature a blend of contemporary and traditional worship music.

Wide Variety of Activities
Children love Grace and we tend to be a far younger, more active congregation of Presbyterians.  We have lots of kids, youth activities, and many people under 40 who worship with us.

Come Casual, Come Just As You Are!
Visitors are always welcome.  If you're looking for a fresh, new church in Round Rock, come and visit.  Dress is casual, very casual as you might expect in warm Austin, Texas summers.  We find that kids and adults love Grace because they don't have to dress up to be at home with us.
Grace Family and Friends Swim Party
Sunday, August 1
6:15-8:15 pm

Bring your friends and family to our swim party!  The 8,500 sf outdoor family aquatic facility includes a large zero-depth (beach) area and playscape with a huge dump bucket for kids. A mid-depth area for older children includes a crossing activity and basketball. Two lanes to accommodate lap swimmers as well as a large dive platform and drop slide for older youth.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know others in our community.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at 2525 New Hope Drive. Drive west in 1431 past 183 and turn right on New Hope Drive.

Please RSVP to Pastor Nancy (nancy_reeves@sbcglobal.net)  so your name will be on the list at the front desk.
(We will be receiving donations at the park to help defray the cost of the rental.)
